Little General Children's Park

Conveniently located in Downtown Ringgold, the Little General Children's Park is a popular spot for families to learn, play, and spend quality     time together. The park boasts a playground with opportunities for children to climb, slide, and explore, along with coil rides, swing sets, on-site   restrooms, and several pavilion-covered picnic tables. The largest of these pavilions, which has seven picnic tables, is available to rent! This     area is perfect for kids’ parties and family gatherings. Clark Park

With 24.6 acres of pristine, publicly accessible land, Clark Park offers ample recreation opportunities to the Ringgold community. The Park features open fields ideal for picnics, flying kites, biking, and other outdoor activities, and its access to the Chickamagua Creek makes it a favorite spot among fishermen. Bass, catfish, and bluegill are just a few types of fish found in the Creek! Visitors will also find a walking path in Clark Park that connects to the Ringgold Nature. Looking for parking? The gravel lot on Robin Road, adjacent to the Clark Park sign, is open to the public and is the perfect spot to access the area.

Ringgold Gap Park

Located just off U.S. Route 41, Ringgold Gap Park commemorates the 1863 Battle of Ringgold Gap and provides visitors with the opportunity to delve deeper into the area’s history. The park features a plaque detailing the Atlanta Campaign, additional tablets and markers with information about General Cleburne and the Battle of Ringgold Gap, and a statue of General Cleburne himself. After learning about the Gap’s history, visitors can sit, rest, or have a bite to eat at the shaded picnic tables on either side of the park

Creekside Park

Stay active and enjoy time outdoors year-round at Creekside Park! Located just off Emberson Drive behind the Martha Denton Swimming Pool, Creekside provides a multitude of recreation options to the Ringgold community. The park includes 5 newly renovated soccer fields, 10 pickleball courts, a basketball court, new restrooms, an outdoor stage, and ample paved parking. Crossroads Unity Family Park

The Crossroads Unity Family Park will be the first all-ages, all-abilities park in Ringgold and will be located across the street from Little General Children’s Park! The goal of the park is to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can experience the joys of play. The park's design includes whe wheelchair swings, slides, and extra-wide ramps that allow for two adult wheelchairs to easily pass one another while accessing nearly all play areas. Meticulously crafted for inclusivity, the park also features stations equipped for sensory needs, smooth surfaces underfoot for safety, and various shaded rest areas strategically placed throughout. With an accessible treehouse, inclusive playground, game stations, an event space, and more, Crossroads Unity Family Park will be a space where everyone can enjoy an active lifestyle together.
