Download the iWorQ App
The app is free. From the app icon on your phone, ipad or computer search for iWorQ. Select iWorQ Request and load it. Open your app and it will ask Agency, type in Cityofringgold (one word).
You are now able to use the app. It gives you the ability to take a picture of whatever issue you are reporting. Once you submit it, it comes to City Hall and staff is then able to submit the request to the appropriate department for it to be handled.
